Kanu Nwankwo sponsors four children for heart surgeries in India

Former Arsenal and Inter Milan striker, Kanu
Nwankwo, has paid for the four children to have
heart surgeries in India, through his Kanu Heart
Foundation.
Kanu’s football career was threatened by a serious
heart defect, immediately after winning the Olympic
gold in Atlanta in 1996.
Ever since, the ex Super Eagles skipper has
established a foundation to help kids suffering from
heart-related ailment.
“We send four people to India as a Christmas gift
from Kanu Heart Foundation, please let everyone
pray for them for successful operation. They left on
26th December,” Kanu announced.
