Did he choose ‘Dare’? A man was walking the
streets of Lagos wearing a wedding dress.
In what seemed to be a joke, the unidentified man
hit the streets wearing a white wedding dress and
nerd glasses. He was pictured at Ikeja bridge, Lagos
in December 2013.
